Yes, sample can be sent for checking before bulk production.
How long will it take to make a sample, and how long for batch production?
Normally 1-2 weeks for sample, 30-45days for batch production, depending on quantity. We can produce 18000-25000pcs each month with full production capacity, The longest time is to order raw materials. lt wouldtake about 15-20work days.
What kind of designing support you can offer?
We have in-house R&D team + creative graphic designer team that handles inflatable product designs and production charts. We also provide customers with advertising materials and demos for exhibition.
How about your quality control?
We pay much attention to the quality control. All our products will be inspected after each process and before package to guarantee the quality.
Is there any warranty?
We provide 5 years’ warranty. Any fault caused by non-artificial reason we should maintain it freely or provide replacement.
