Order Management

STEP1
After order deposited,sales team pass all the details to related personnel.within 12 working hours. At the same time signed a confidentiality agreement.
STEP2
Technical team complete production chart within 2 work days.
STEP3
Once drawing confirmed,production team will come up with production schedule within 24 working hours.
STEP4
Purchasing team place raw material and accessories orders within 2 work days.
STEP5
According to drawing chart and order requirement,pre-production samples will come out within 7-10work days.
STEP6
Once raw material arrived and PP Samples confirmed, batch production and in-house QC starts production with 1500pcsaverage daily output.
STEP7
Around 7 days before shipping date, our independent QC team conducts 2nd time strict QC inspections and issues quality report, we will arrange shipment after100% QC approval.
